One of the most difficult things I’ve ever tried to do is educate people in how to take charge of their own healthcare and to be honest without breaching any kind of confidentiality rules. How can I get a message across that will be fair and compassionate and will not scare anyone unnecessarily? How can I empower healthcare consumers without breaking healthcare…more than it’s already broken?
